Help us understand the problem

Include your device model, Android or iOS version, Leaf version and build number if available, and where you installed the app. Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that reproduce it. If there is an error message, include its wording.

Screenshots can help, but hide personal details first. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private server addresses, full library backups, or comic files you do not have permission to share. Review logs before sending them.

A few things to try first

Close and reopen Leaf, then check the release notes for the version you are using. For a file that will not open, check that the original is available and try another comic to see whether the problem is specific to that file.

For a server connection problem, check that your server is running and reachable on your current network. Note whether the issue happens when connecting, browsing, or downloading, but keep connection credentials out of your report.

Do not uninstall Leaf or clear its app data as a first troubleshooting step: that can remove local library data. Keep your original comic files safe.

Testing builds and privacy

Features can differ between platforms and builds. Check the release notes (opens in a new tab) for known limitations, and mention if you are using a testing release when you contact us.
